Sezzle is a payment solution that gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later - without any interest!

When you place an order through Sezzle, our personal approval system reviews your account to determine what kind of refund plan we can offer. In most cases, this is 25% of the total order (also known as your "down payment" or "first installment"), with the remaining amount divided into three installments, each two weeks apart. No interest, no front or hidden fees. In fact, as long as you pay your installments on time, there is no charge!

Upon receipt of your order, Sezzle pays the merchant the full amount for the order immediately - so the merchant has their funds and can process your order just as you paid for them in full by credit card! It is not late, so the merchant will execute your order within their regular shipping and processing times.

Our checkout is straightforward - shop at a seller offering Sezzle, select "Sezzle" at checkout and we'll take you through the rest of the process.

What capture?

There is no catch. We do not charge interest, we only charge if you fail to pay or if you change the payment date more than once per order. We only run a soft credit check (or "soft trial"), so there is no negative impact on your credit score.

Getting Started

If you're familiar with all of this (we hope it's happening), there are some requirements to start shopping with Sezzle:

Be 18 years old or older

Have an American or Canadian phone number where you can receive texts

Keep a working email address

There is a non-prepaid payment method

For shoppers in the US and Canada, this can be a bank account, debit card or credit card.

How do I know my Sezzle range?

Sezzle is committed to financially improving shoppers by supporting responsible spending and evaluating customer limitations and potential approvals at each purchase attempt. Our automation system takes into account various factors during the approval process, including how long you have been a Sezzle shopper, the information you provided during registration (soft credit verification), your order history with Sezzle and some other factors.

Cost limits are automatically determined by our decision-making process and the Sezzle Support Group does not share cost limits, increase cost limits or approve any order manually.

What is my spending limit?

Currently, U.S. registered with Sezzle Up. Only shoppers have access to see their spending limits. Sezzle Up gives you this visibility with a one-time limit increase, access to exclusive App Merchants and the opportunity to build your credit through Sezzle. Can Sezzle increase my spending limit?

Every purchase attempt and approval is made entirely automatically and we are not able to manually increase the cost limits. Due to our unique approval process we are able to provide a completely free service to our shoppers, including the fact that we do not have fixed cost limits.

If you want to place an order, but are rejected, you should start by placing a small order. Over time, your purchasing power will increase.

Sezzle and Bass Pro stores

We have some exciting news! We will soon improve how you shop with Sezzle in Bass Pro stores! This new experience will make Bass Pro shopping easier than ever with Sezzle.

What to expect?

As you know we have a separate dashboard for Pass Pro Shops where you can find your virtual card details for shopping with the Stretch Your Payments Plan. Over the next couple of months, this dashboard will be discontinued and no longer used for new Bass Pro shops orders. We will convert all Stretch Your Payments Plan users to our traditional Sezzle product. This means that instead of logging in to your Stretch Your Payments Plan account to access your orders through Sezzle, you can access new Bass Pro Shops orders on the traditional Sezzle Dashboard. You can also find tens of thousands of additional merchants here who can use Sezzle! When shopping with one of these merchants, you can immediately sign in and complete your order without any virtual card details! You will now get the same standard Sezzle experience when shopping with Bass Pro Shopping.

What does this mean for you as a buyer of Pass Pro Shops? All your existing orders through Bass Pro Shops will continue to be executed as planned and managed at bass-pro.sezzle.com. Now when you place a new order online you do not have to use the virtual card details provided to you in the Stretch Your Payments Plan dashboard. Log in to Sezzle using the Sezzle button at checkout and enter or confirm your standard payment method. Then, your order will be placed and an installment plan will be created! This new order will be in your new Sezzle account. We are happy to provide you and Bass Pro Shops with a highly streamlined experience.

Limitations

When creating your new account with Sezzle, be sure to use the same email and phone number you used to create your Stretch Your Payments Plan account. This will ensure that all your information is transferred correctly, including your Stretch Your Payments plan cost limit.

Initially, you may notice a different limit on your new Sezzle account. Sezzle's fixed funding follows a schedule of four (4) payments each week. Therefore, any limit you see on your new account will refer to the limit set by our organization for this 4-Pay installment plan. When shopping through Bass Pro stores, you can still pay in six (6) monthly installments using the previous limit listed on your Bass Pro Shops account. Feel free to check out the current range of Pass Pro Shops, as purchasing power at Pass Pro Shops will remain the same in the future.
